The site is just off Anne Street and falls into Torquay although everyone "knows" Dayman is in Urangan. The Botanical Gardens splits Dayman Street at Elizabeth Street, thus the confusion.

The block is north entry and backs onto a freshwater lake. The Park surrounding the lake has public access but it is not easily accessible making our little park very exclusive. You can expect to see only neighbours in the park. I believe lake fishing is reasonable but we are not fishing people so cannot verify this.

The lounge has an air conditioner and as the house is insulated, it is comfortable even in summer.
The multi purpose bathroom has a bath and shower, with laundry tub and
washing machine. Being combined it is quite large.
The main bedroom has a bay window with a great view of the lake.
This view is looking through to the Main Bedroom.
Covered Patio on Northern side of House with the pool makes a large living area.

Looking West (towards Anne Street) in the park on the south side of the house. The Parks are mowed periodically by the Council.The water is seldom as low as this.
