| Location: About 1.1Km from the Uranagan Shopping Center (Woolworths) and about 950 m from the beach. An easy walk to either. |

The site is just off Anne Street and falls into Torquay although everyone "knows" Dayman is in Urangan. The Botanical Gardens splits Dayman Street at Elizabeth Street, thus the confusion. |

The block is north entry and backs onto a freshwater lake. The Park surrounding the lake has public access but it is not easily accessible making our little park very exclusive. You can expect to see only neighbours in the park. I believe lake fishing is reasonable but we are not fishing people so cannot verify this. |
