The Seven Levels of Web Site
There
are a few steps between the site your nephew put together on
the weekend and the "Amazon.com" Site. Your site should
be measured against where you are now and where you want to
be.

are a number of levels of sophistication of web sites. We count
7 at the moment, charting the development from basic sites in
1995 to the fully integrated Cyber businesses being achieved
today.
Most
sites can be measured against these levels and their weaknesses
will reveal themselves in definable "bands". These
"bands" then need to be assessed according to your
business goals.
Do you want to improve vertically or laterally? What are your

total methodology includes over 300 issues that are probed in
clusters of questions. The resulting report becomes a major

some cases, even our solution is overkill. You don't need to

What is the benefit equation to you?

process. But the insights, methodology and outcome are out of
proportion to the modest fee.
